Your Real Estate Partner

Hello!
I'm Mariah Mullock Duffey...
Having grown up right here in the area and raised my son in this beautiful community, my connection to the Cape May region runs incredibly deep.
After summering in Cape May, my family became year-round residents just as I was starting sixth grade at Our Lady Star of the Sea School on Lafayette Street. My parents, Bonnie and Stephen Mullock owned and operated many small businesses in the heart of Cape May; Mariah's Fine Gifts, Bath Time, Oliver and Ivy, Mariah's Too, and Grant's Regard. Today, Bath Time is still in operation on the Washington Street Mall. My mom, Bonnie has been navigating the retail landscape for over 41 years! My brothers, Mason and Oliver, flourished in the restaurant scene here and now live with their families in South Carolina.
A Wildwood Catholic alumnus, I went on to earn my degree from Rider University. I later returned to my hometown, where I am now raising my son, Phinnaeus, with the close support of my family and loving community. You may see him working at the Chalfonte Hotel or Cape May National Golf Club before he returns to West Virginia University!
I don’t just offer the local lifestyle — I live it and actively celebrate it. Through my ongoing series of personal interviews with regional musicians and artists, I shine a spotlight on the creative voices that make our coastal towns so special. From the historic Victorian streets of Cape May and the farm-to-table culture of West Cape May, to the coastal residential pockets of North Cape May, Villas, and Cape May Court House, I know the heart and soul of every neighborhood.
Working with CENTURY 21 Gilmartin & Company, I combine my local passion with a powerful, tech-forward strategy. Because I consider you my neighbor, I will treat every transaction with the utmost care, transparency, and a relentless work ethic. Backed by the global marketing power of the CENTURY 21 System, I am fully equipped to handle your real estate needs.
